| Our philosophy is to open the body and mind through a gentle yet challenging, and varied yoga practice. Pushing the body too fast, too far and without appropriate preparation can close it. However, by working the body gently and over time, finding a balance between comfort and challenge, one attains the best results: the body opens, heals and becomes more malleable and responsive. You will be surprised at the abilities of the body when it is treated correctly. Yoga is about intelligent movement, conscious action and meditation. At Your Yoga Space Studio we aim to build greater awareness of body, mind and soul, incorporating thought and spirit in all action. |
