Join the Studio Today:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it to arrange your 1on1 introductory class or book for a group beginner’s course if you have no or limited yoga experience or if you have injuries that require a unique yoga practise. If you have some yoga experience and no serious injuries skip to step 2.

Step 2: Sign up for the yoga class card that suites you best and come through to the studio for the classes that work for you.

Step 3: Feel your body, mind and soul transform with a regular practice. To get the benefits of yoga, 2 or more regular classes a week are recommended.

Kindly follow these guidelines for a fulfilling experience, many thanks. Please…

- take off your shoes and place them in the locker room

- turn off your cell phone

- sign-in before class

- respect everyone elses’ spiritual experience and refrain from chatting during class

- no payment, no class rule applies

- don’t buzz more than 15 minutes before a class as you may disturb meditation.

- should you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join the classes you will have missed essential stretching to prevent injury.
