I started practising Yoga about 7 years ago on recommendation from a teacher when I was studying dance full time. I was told Yoga would provide physical benefit to my then strenuous dance routines. What I found in yoga was so much more. It did indeed provide me with invaluable physical benefits but it also opened up a whole new world of connecting to spirit and mind through the body.

Since then I have been practising yoga when it was available to me as I went on to travel to the Far East after my dance training. In 2010 I started practising at YourYogaSpace and inspired by Cathy and my love for yoga, I embarked on a 9month teacher training.

I now teach mostly Vinyasa yoga which is a form of yoga that allows for continuous movement and requires synchronicity with breath. It is a great way to create internal heat and thereby purifies the body. My classes are shaped with the intention of creating a safe space for students to explore the body and to relax the mind.
